Confirmed starter is turning engine, but getting no spark. Might be the coil, might be distributor, might be who knows what. I found a spare distributor I picked up many moons ago. Not sure when I’ll get around to it, but I’m gonna plug and pray.

What about alternator? I had one go bad and car would not run without alternator.
